STATE PERMIT FEES for Temporary Food Establishments
'Potentially Hazardous' {ie. meat} Food Vendors at the Hog Happenin must pay a $75 state fee for inspection of temporary food establishment. This is in addition to the $125 entry fee for the Hog Happenin'
